Inspection Fees

Standard Home Inspections

This fee schedule provides general pricing information for single-family homes based on total under-beam square footage. Additional fees may apply based on specific building construction and condition at the time of inspection.

This price schedule includes up to two HVAC systems and two water heaters. Any additional HVAC systems and water heaters will incur an extra fee. Also, homes over fifty years of age may incur an additional fee.

Any outbuildings are subject to additional fees based on total under beam square footage and specific applicable use.

Crawlspace fee is an additional $50.00

Condominiums

Condominium inspections include the interior portion of units as well as front porches and patios directly adjacent to units. The inspection does not cover areas maintained by the condo board or building complex owner, including but not limited to exterior siding, roofs, attic spaces, exterior stairs, and all common areas.

Pool/Spa

Swimming pool fees are determined by the pool structure, associated filtration equipment, and decking directly adjacent to the pool. Any outbuildings related to the swimming pool will incur an additional fee. All swimming pool inspection fees are combined with paid home inspections.
